WORKSPACE Whangarei is a collaborative workspace that allows shared space for everyone to work together while doing their own thing . It uses the principles of activity based working to create a work environment that promotes agility, connectedness and enhanced collaboration.

Open plan space is ideal for creating a working environment which supports interaction and collaboration, allowing knowledge to be shared between collaborators and through business networks and individuals.

Different groups have very different working styles; careful attention has been paid to acoustics and the distribution of work settings to accommodate a range of work styles from active collaborative team work to quiet, focussed individual work.

Meet and Greet

At Workspace Whangarei our staff are here to make you feel like one of the team. With a personal greeting upon arrival and a walk through the building showing our dedicated hot-desk space, meeting rooms, kitchenette and free parking options you will feel like this is your space. Part of the service offered when you book our meeting rooms, we will welcome your clients and offer them refreshments and a comfy place to wait.

Meeting Rooms

We offer 4 different styles of meeting rooms to suit your business. Are you looking for a offsite boardroom, somewhere to hold staff one-on-one meetings, mediation, professional neutral off-site locations, online Zoom calls without interruption – then contact Workspace Whangarei today.

Office Solutions

We offer a full service office solution to cover your printing requirements with our state-of-the-art Ricoh Colour Multifunction device for all your office photocopying, printing and scanning needs. Binding and laminating also available at Workspace while hot-desking or using one of our meeting rooms. For your security and confidentiality we have a document destruction bin on-site.

If you are working remotely and require a courier or mail drop off from your clients we also can provide a Virtual Office in the CBD for your convenience.
